I’m familiar with research that you refer to as well (i.e. The 90/9/1 Theory) about content consumers vs content producers. This is one reason why I also think our behavior and how we react to the transformation of publishing and distribution models will also have implications and help write that story.

]]>In addition, based on my understanding of how people consume media, the vast majority of people consume rather than create content. In my view, the iPad makes it easier for folks to do so. Overall, the story of the iPad has yet to be written. But, I wouldn’t count it out yet.
