Man, I agree about the tagline. Flashback to 1998 when everything was “get your ______on.” Smart campaign, though. Even for someone like me with a short attention span, the pledge wasn’t that long.

Nice review.

Not so sure about the “Get your smokey on” tagline. First thought was the “Get your freak on” song by Missy Elliot, so from the jump, I wasn’t prepared to take the campaign seriously. I imagined there being some sort of song/musical component to it.

I think the tracker and map mashup work well for showing the real-time effects, creating a small sense of urgency. Brought me back into a serious mode. Would have been nice to see some more smokey-centric action, but all in all, the campaign looks good.
