I appreciate your other question – do people want more from their state health departments? Putting focus on the end customers isn’t always done enough. What I do know is that people want services and environments that support their health and SHD definitely can play a role in that – as can many others. Social media can serve as a connection point for collaboration and can help aide in the delivery of such programs and services.
