Thanks Rich! Mobile is key. I like how Curtis described content yesterday at the APHA conference: “Your content wants to be everywhere.”

It’s also one reason why I’m investing in a blog revamp here at SB–to account for mobile. The elves and I are tinkering in the workshop and I look forward to sharing a new platform by the end of the year.

Great post! I’m not sure there’s a single right answer, except that it is essential to have a mobile strategy that best serves your customers. Presidential candidates are trying to reach everyone, so it makes sense for them to use every avenue possible (apps, mobile, web & traditional channels). I’m a fan of responsive design, but that’s not where to start. You’ve got to start with “what do my customers need and how can I deliver.” Customers don’t care about the technology, as long as they’re easily able to get what they need. It’s clear though, that those without any mobile strategy are going to become increasingly irrelevant.
