For those outside of social marketing who are working to start a movement that involves influencing and/or changing behavior…I would simply say that the take away is to look into the field of social marketing for added insight. Last week, I posted about the benefits I received when I looked outside my own lens of “government public health” and had conversations with those doing social media for non-profits and for a church.
